Extracurriculars sufficient for Emory, Vassar, UNC

I am thinking of applying to schools like Emory, Vassar, and UNC OOS. Will my extracurriculars will be enough to have a chance at getting in (assuming my academics are up to par)?

  • 5 hours a week of dance 9-12
    -2 hours a week of running 10-12
    -3.5-5 hours a week of BBYO (youth group): 1 term on board, fundraising chair, support chair, and active member 10-12
    -Created/leader of school’s stretch and strengthening club 11-12
    -Cashier at store 3-6 hours a week 10-12 and 20 hours a week in summer 10
    -2 hours a week of online business buying and reselling clothing (sold over 200 items) 9-12
    -marketing internship summer 11

I also have over 120 service hours, but no consistent service work to name.
