Extracurrucular activities...

<p>I know this might be a dumb question to ask…How should I write an “extracurricular activities”?</p>

<p>I’m an international student trying to apply a college in the states, but no one I know has done that before. Therefore I don’t know how an extracurricular activity form should look like…</p>

<p>The college I want to apply must be applied online, it looks like that I only have to type in all the activities I have been doing. But I’m not sure how to organize all my activites.</p>

<p>Is there anyone kind enough to show me how a regular “Extracurricular activities” form look like? (Or look through mine…I actually have mine “finished”, it’s just that I am not sure whether it looks right.)</p>

<p>Please list your principal activities outside the classroom (student organizations, sports, community service, work, etc.) Include a brief description of your role or distinguishing contributions for each activity</p>
