<p>I like Norwex makeup removal cloths - wet, use, rinse, dry, reuse. No knowledge on how they work on waterproof mascara.</p>

<p>Vaseline - it’s cheap, doesn’t hurt if it gets in your eye, and moisturizes the skin around the eye. I’ve used it for years and years and years.</p>
<p>It doesn’t seem hygenic to use the same cloth on your eye repeatedly.</p>
