<p>Just got off the waitlist at Tulane, must decide my May 15th.
I recieved $17,000 merit aid, which makes the cost the same as Case western, but it is much further away.
I sent the FAFSA, and am now sending the CSS.
The problem is the FAFSA and CSS both are based on last year’s income, and my family will lose 15,000 this year in income. So, regardless of the reward, I will need to have it re-evaluated.
In order to attend, I MUST recieve need based aid.
What are my chances of getting it?
They couldn’t gaurentee it, and couldn’t gaurentee I’d get the offer before May 15th.
What should I do?</p>
