I am enrolled in a CC now taking my pre pharmacy courses. i have decided to take PCAT on january of next year. That being said, i really need to rush my science courses. However, my CC limit the courses each student can get during summer and they do not have the classes i need too. Because of these, i have decided to take other classes in penn state university. Can anyone tell me if the science classes in Penn state is good. I need to know the average class size(Chemistry, biology, A&P)? is it a good idea for me to take science courses there or just consider other universities?

<p>Gen Chem and Gen Bio has somewhere between 200-300 people in the general section for undergrads. But they also have recitation meetings once a week with 30 students and a TA to go over concepts and do labs. If you can get into the post-bac section they typically are a lot smaller (30-40). </p>
<p>The science courses can be rigorous and tough until you figure out the best way to study for them.</p>
