<p>At FSU, this fall, faculty will get a 3 percent raise and staff will see a 2.5-percent hike.</p>

<p>They said the $8 million for the raises was created by reducing all campus budgets more than the state required, and by streamlining the administrative structure. </p>

<p>Glad to hear the faculty and staff will be able to receive a raise this year considering all the cut backs that are taking place!! Hopefully, that will help morale and keep professors from being so quick to seek positions elsewhere.</p>
