<p>I was born here in los angeles, ca
i moved to mexico when i was six, after 9 years of being in mexico i came back to california to study highschool. My parents that live in mexico got my guardianship notarized in mexico. Today,i live with my aunt. She didnt get the guardianship through the court (us). Does that make me independent or dependent). Can i use the dependency override form if i dont live with my parents.</p>

<p>What are the risks of doing this?
Should i just put their income converted to dollars, an taxes?</p>
