So i’m not entirely sure how fafsa works so please bare with me.
I remember reading somewhere that the FAFSA application is due around Jan-March if you’re planning to attend a 4 year university. How would the process be with community college?
Would I still be able to apply for FAFSA or any other CA aid program around July-August?
Any information that may seem irrelevant but might help me would be extremely helpful.

You could try applying for aid, at your CC and see if you would qualify for any dollars, but the Calgrant monies have the March 2 deadline.

Remember that FAFSA is an application provided by the government to see if you qualify for very limited federal monies. The universities and colleges use this info and the CSS profile to see if you would qualify for their state and in-house scholarships.
