FAFSA Correction question

I recently made corrections on my fafsa regarding my parent’s income with the actual tax report.
I received an email when the transaction finished when I was adding schools but i didnt receive any emails this time. Also checking back to the fafsa corrections page, theres a #(pound) sign next to the data i changed.

the # sign means
Fields that have been corrected on the current transaction are marked with a ‘#’ (pound) sign.

Does this mean that fafsa have sent the corrections to the school? Sorry if this was a lame question. I just wanted to make sure that I did it right.

Thx!

Your question wasn’t exactly clear–

But each time the FAFSA is corrected, the schools you have listed at that time get notified. Careful-- if you submitted to more than 10 schools, you’ll need to make sure they all get the change.

You can log into FAFSA and check your most recent SAR to find out what’s current, and what the schools have.
