<p>Here’s the sitch:
I am a US citizen but my parents are Taiwanese. We lived in the US until I was around 13, and then moved to Taiwan. Currently, I have no state residency. My parents obviously don’t pay US taxes, though Taiwan has the equivalent of an income tax return system. They don’t have SSN’s either, which means they cannot get PINs. Nor do I think they have things such as W-2 statements and the like…(as well as a bunch of other data I am undoubtedly missing).</p>
<p>I’ve been searching around but I keep getting different answers, such as mailing a paper copy, or doing the form online and then mailing the signature, etc. </p>
<p>So how exactly do I go about completing/sending/etc. this monster of a financial aid app.? At this point (after numerous links and searches and whatnot) I’m beginning to feel like this is a lot worse than college applications themselves.</p>
