FAFSA for no financial aid?

Hey everyone,

Just a quick question related to admissions. If I’m an upper middle-class student without much hope for financial aid, should I still send in the FAFSA form to all the colleges I’m applying to? Can I send them after I get admitted (or rejected)?

If all you are looking for is the Direct Loan, you can submit your FAFSA after you choose the college you want to attend.

Define upper middle class.

Some colleges require the FAFSA even for merit based scholarships only (regardless of the lack of need). Generally, better safe than sorry so best to fill it out.
