<p>Since I submitted FAFSA online I can’t get the instruction page/worksheet back again, and am now stupidly trying to double check something-- any help would be appreciated!</p>
<p>S2 is a freshman applicant. He has money in a (I think!) NON-529 college fund that reads basically “Dad’s name, custodian for S2’s name until age 18.” I put the sum for this account under #42: Net Worth of Student’s investments. Now I am second-guessing myself.</p>
<p>My question is basically this: Does question 42 cover both 529 and non-529 accounts for that student?</p>
<p>Unfortunately, I don’t have the account information information in front of me. His father has the information (we are separated) but is away til Tuesday – after the deadline. If I find out then that it is a 529, would that change anything? Or for the Profile either, for that matter?
