FAFSA Selective Service System problem!

<p>I was applying for the FAFSA, and I got to the page where it said that I am “required” to register for the Selective Service. I do not think I am eligible because I am deaf. Also I won’t pass their physical test because of their hearing test. Or something like that in the military.
So, should I not register myself in the Selective Service System?</p>

Men with disabilities that would disqualify them from military service still must register with Selective Service. Selective Service does not presently have authority to classify men, so even men with obvious handicaps must register now, and if needed, classifications would be determined later.
