<p>I’m not sure if this should go in the OSU forum or the FinAid form. I figure posting in the FinAid form is the best way to get some experts to reply.</p>
<p>I’ve asked OSU’s Student Financial Aid service via e-mail, but haven’t received a response. I have a unique situation. My uncle is the legal guardian of what can be considered a family friend (she is 16). However, my mother provides more than half of her support. I do believe I’ve included this factor on the FAFSA. </p>
<p>OSU requires me to verify my FAFSA/financial information. One of the forms is a Parent Household form. (PDF: <a href=“http://sfa.osu.edu/forms/vc1011/5718.pdf[/url]”>http://sfa.osu.edu/forms/vc1011/5718.pdf</a>) I’m not sure if I include her on this form, or what the relationship would be. I’m also unsure how to satisfactorily explain it in the two lines provided, or if I have to include legal documentation of some sort.</p>
