Failed a calc test today, please chance me for BC & Michigan EA

<p>GPA: 3.87 (3.8 F+S, 4.0 J)
Weighted is around a 4.35 (School doesn’t report)
7 APs by graduation (3 Junior and 4 Senior)
SAT: 1970-1330 (Taken in January), expecting around a 2100-1400 for past October
SAT II: Math 1-710 US History-710
Not reporting AP scores</p>

<p>Rank - just in top 10%, however my guidance counselor & I am are noting that i should be higher b/c i transferred in sophomore year and school won’t use freshman grades in rank calculations</p>

<p>by BC i assume you mean Boston college. you are competitive for both assuming your sat score improves.</p>

<p>As long as you can get the SATs up to about your goal of 2100, you should have a decent shot at BC. Michigan EA, you have a better shot going EA imo, my sister applied EA there and got accepted while my friend applied there with higher statistics but regular desicion and got rejected.<br>

<p>You look qualified, but you need to get your SAT up to at least a 2000! Otherwise I’d say you look great! Good luck and write a great essay!</p>

<p>Might also look at Holy Cross and Colgate.</p>

<p>eh. those schools are too small for my liking. I’m applying to 12 schools in total, just BC and Michigan for early action.</p>
