Failed an elective 2nd semester of senior year, what happens to my acceptance?

I failed an elective class during my 2nd semester, but I’ve already been accepted to SUNY Binghamton. I passed every other class and did well on my two AP classes. I’m trying to figure out the situation with the teacher that failed me, but just in case:

What are the consequences that I should expect because of this failed class?

The teacher didn’t fail you. You failed the course.

Call Bing and ask. There is a thread here on CC by a student who had his acceptance to URochester revoked for getting a D.

I know, it is on me. But what’s bothering me is that this is an elective course, not something required. I’ll call tomorrow definitely though.
