I’ll try my best but I have no confidence in me because a horrible professor who can’t teach at all, and gives the tests on what he never taught us before… So I have to study from beginning to end all by myself.

Well anyways… what happens if I fail the class…?I know the contract says I have to get at least C to transfer, but I heard someone who transferred to UCB with F in his final semester…

What do you guys think…? Oh yeah and it’s pre-req class…

If you it’s a pre-req AND an F… it’s pretty obvious what would happen. I’m really sorry to hear that, but UCSD is pretty strict on their admissions.

It seems that UCSD is particularly strict when it comes to meeting every single condition in the contract to retain your admission. Since Calculus III is a prerequisite for you getting any thing lower than a C will put you in real jeopardy. I think if you have made it this far with a C you have a good chance of completing the class with a C. Usually the final topic covered in Calculus III is Vector Calculus which includes the Divergence, Gradient and Curl along with Green’s Theorem and Stokes Theorem. Vector Calculus is used extensively in Physics, particularly Electrodynamics. The text “Introduction to Electrodynamics” by Griffiths begins with a fairly concise and lucid discussion of these topics with worked examples.
