<p>General Breakdown of Pricing:
- All 4 community-style dorms (Deviney, Dorman, Kellum, Smith) are $2360 per semester for a standard double room.
- All of the regular suite-style dorms are $2910 per semester for a standard double.
- Salley is $2690 per semester. </p>
<p>Returning Resident Housing:
- McCollum is $2515/semester for a 4-person townhouse, $3255 for a single-person efficiency.
- Ragans is $3280/semester
- Traditions is $3500/semester </p>
