I can’t, it says Fall grades by June 1, and my semester isn’t over until 6/16. So I need to send two.

Aren’t you in the Spring semester? I thought Fall ended in December for CC’s.
I agree, very odd. But hey, I’d send 10k transcripts to go there so I’m not going to argue 
@2016Candles the first set of transcripts are due on June 1st. Those are through Fall 2014. Then there’s a second set due on July 1st and those are through Spring 2015. Then there’s another set due in August or September? Those are through Summer 2015
So that’s why I’m wondering if I can have my first set processed before I submit my SIR.

I may call them when I’m more sure of what I’m doing, but I’m also looking into local transportation options. It’d be a pain to have to call Uber/Lyft every time, but maybe it’s not as difficult in a big city?
@LuckyName, I sent in my first set of transcripts already. It said our transcripts up to Fall 2014 are due June 1st, and our full transcripts (including Winter/Spring) are due later (unsure of the date). I just sent it in so I wouldn’t forget later, lol. I’m not sure if they can be processed before you’ve submitted your SIR.
I think some students are Uber drivers. My daughter has told me that some students take Uber to go from dorms to the east end of campus when they wake up late!
Yeah, the two rounds of transcripts thing is really irritating. For me it’s extra troublesome, I have 6 community colleges!

This transcript thing is all very very interesting. They didn’t have a June 1 date before, which sounds weird as hell as you don’t even need to SIR until then. And it takes two weeks to send transcripts…
As many of you know, my daughter last year sent her transcripts in, received at UCLA on June 15 - she has the receipt, long story short, they said they never got them (said the transcripts are sent in batches by the CCCs so receipts are not accurate). Anyhow she got one and only one email saying they were missing, late Aug, and unfortunately it went to spam. She got kicked out mid-Sept. She only found it out when suddenly her classes were missing from her portal and all her housing was refunded. It didn’t even say transcripts missing until she called. She then found the ONE EMAIL in spam.
I did google last year and saw a long list of UCLA people this happened to around 2011. I’m not saying this is common, but at the same time, maybe not so uncommon. Most of those ppl caught the late Aug email and rushed the transcripts.
This change of rules cannot help but make me think they had other transcript issues last summer, so they want the bulk a month earlier.

Yeah, it’s lame but true, two rounds of transcripts, June 1 and July 1. It’s driving me nuts.

@happy2help, we’ll see. She wants berkeley and got in last year, but she got into davis last year and they rejected her this year, so who knows? UCLA is her second choice. It’s still good either way. Thx for the nice words. Appreciate it.

Yeah at least two sets of transcripts, but that’s how the CSUs do it. Too bad they can’t be sent electronically.
I don’t understand why we can’t go and hand deliver them. As long as the seal isn’t broken, I don’t see what would be the problem.
