Even though your ACT is a little low for main campus, your GPA is great. Plus, the fact that your brother and father (and many more) are legacies is a definite plus! I would think you have a really good chance, especially if you apply undecided and check the box for summer. I think the fact that my daughter goes there definitely helped my son to get in although he was opposite of you, higher test scores and a lower GPA.
Thanks so much for your feedback. I did apply for summer session in DUS as a precaution. My fingers are crossed! I forgot to mention that my class rank is in top 7% (35 out of 504).
