still can’t access pin… It redirects to the old one i used when i applied to start cornell as a freshman… sigh…
tested it and it still cannot locate my pin…
I don’t know why it doesn’t redirect me to my freshman pin though.
@HereToTransferr That may be a good sign though. Truthfully, every time I see that message of “unable to locate pin” it is literally a relief. If the trend from previous years stays the same, it may be a good thing to not get a decision until May. I stand by the logic that GTs get in first, then the most competitive get accepted while a lot of others get rejected in April, and last we have the majority and the middle-level applicants who take longer to decide - in May.
GOOD LUCK EVERYONE, I HOPE THE DECISION GOES WELL FOR YOU
@blackwidow22 i hope but dont know I know from past threads that people got rejected in May. blagh i just dont want to think about it lol
@HereToTransferr of course you can still get rejected in May. But I feel it will at least mean you were fairly competitive, but again, that only applies to the theory mentioned hahaha
If it isn’t tomorrow, we can hope we’ll get it on May 2nd
Either way, everything will be okay in the end!
Have any CALS applicants received emails that they will find out tomorrow?
@transferind97 My response is coming tomorrow also and I’m also an ECE applicant, looks like tomorrow is either gonna be really bad or really good for the both of us
Any engineering applicants getting their decision tomorrow?
I’m ECE too but I’m not thinking too much about it. @bing101 just chill man, we can’t change what may happen tomorrow. The best thing to do is to just embrace it.
I mean statistically speaking it’s obvious that tomorrow’s rejection day so I mean… What else can I say?
@transferind97 They were late this year however and everything was pushed back so we never know. I feel like you’re going to get accepted. You’re really competitive
@HereToTransferr thanks for that. But I mean, let’s not lie to each other haha. I’m just going to embrace the worst. There is so much more to look forward to.
@transfer3353254 no i didn’t get an email form cals. did you?
lmao well this reflects poorly of me because i’ve religiously checked the applyyourselfportal lmaoo
From last year:
“Also, a friendly FYI for future applicants…don’t try the ApplyYourself link. I tried resetting my password last night and it came up with an error page. I ended up receiving my email almost an hour later than most of the GT’s I know, and my official Cornell email had a totally different PIN. I don’t want to sound paranoid, but I’m pretty sure they can see people trying to access their application and while they won’t explicitly do anything about it, it doesn’t reflect too well on the applicant if they’re still trying to make a decision. (Sorry to be a buzzkill haha)”
How many of you would be content with staying at your current university/college?
I could stay but Im not happy…
@HereToTransferr I’ve been trying to reset like every single day lmao
@seeme97x, I haven’t heard anything, cant reset my pin either.
