@thurl, did you get in to the school, just not into the major? I don’t understand.
I’m guessing you didn’t apply to some of the so-called lower-tier publics? Don’t some of them also have CS or no? Some of them are still accepting applications.
Finally, what do you mean by an option for residents to pay full board? Do you mean for residents to pay as much as OOS and International students, so they don’t have to go after that money? Oh, I should add, I also imagine they admit OOS and International students to add to diversity. Going to school with only California residents might not sufficiently broaden students’ horizons?
