I’m sorry to possibly have been a contributing factor to your anxiety!
Back when we met we did not have a official decision release date and I was speculating based on what we were being told unofficially and when we have previously released decisions. At this point, we are looking to release all transfer decisions on Wednesday, April 26th after 5 PM PT.
Try not to think/stress about it, I know it’s difficult but try not to. You are not a bother, please free to contact me with any questions and/or concerns!

I’m still gonna check on the 21st. I feel like they just don’t want the servers to crash. TBH, I don’t believe they could possibly STILL be reviewing applications. something else is up. I refuse to believe that 100K+ freshmen applications can be reviewed on time but 21K transfers can’t.
@lucidday what do you know about the art open house invite? I just received a call saying it was sent out in march to ALL transfers recommended for admission to the art department, I’m pretty sur this means I’m awaiting a rejection letter.

Hey, thanks for all the feedback guys. Sorry to hear about the extended wait, I can barely take it.
I’m an economics major, but considering law school afterwards. I think it plays to my strengths. I don’t particularly like writing, essays or otherwise, but I am good at it. I like to think of it more as a formula, relating it more to math, something less abstract and more absolute. You add pieces of an equation to produce a desired result. The post I wrote was more colloquial, and simultaneous abridged and embellished. If you’d like to read the actual essay, here’s a screenshot.

Was UCLA part of the extension? I know some UCs allowed applications to be turned in till January 3. Maybe that’s why they’re all acting up this year. SHOUTOUT TO BERKELEY FOR PICKING A DATE AND STICKING WITH IT.
It was for certain majors, yes. I remember being annoyed that my major got extended… Could have worked longer on those essays.
