I have worked at Michael Kors through Senior year of hs and all of college
My top schools are UPenn, UVA, Cornell, Columbia, Penn State, Bucknell, and Yale. If anyone can chance me on any of these schools I would really appreciate it! I know I need more EC’s for college but if you could recommend anything else to work on I will!!!
It’s always a long shot for any of the Ivies, but I think you have a great chance at Penn State and Bucknell.
Thank you! Do you think i should retake SAT?
I actually have a very similar SAT score and am applying to similar schools. I think if you have time it’s worth retaking the SAT. Especially, for Penn. Cornell doesn’t require the SAT, assuming you have enough credits.
How many credits do you need for Cornell?
If you want to pursue Actuarial Science, then go to one of the universities accredited by the Society of Actuaries whose degrees prepare you for the SOA accreditation exams. Universities with the Centers for Actuarial Excellence (CAE) designation prepare you for the most exams, followed by UCAP-AC, and UCAP-IC schools whose curriculums only cover 2-4 exam topics. SOA accredited Universities are listed on the SOA website here:

My school (GA State U.) had specific actuarial majors for UG and Grad (which were a combo of Applied Math, Stat, and Business courses): BBA in Actuarial Science and Masters in Actuarial Science.
