<p>Heh, I worked all weekend–in Las Vegas. Met with the Trump people on financing their new condo-hotel project. Not wild about the design but the thing is nearly soldout so looks pretty good to go. Average price in the high 6 figures for smallish units. The people I met with were very down to earth and straight talking. Dropped a few bucks but had a great dinner at the new Mesa Grill owned by celeb chef Bobby Flay. Actually fair priced with good food.</p>
<p>I don’t know what I find more disturbing, that people are willing to pay top dollar for tiny little units because of the Trump name, or Wisconsin is no longer going to have high acceptance rates.</p>

<p>Transfer, you are right. You didn’t understand my comments. The school is getting more difficult to get into and since my son and his friends are going to probably consider this school, I would like that trend to start after they already are accepted into the school.</p>

<p>Barrons, the Trump building is going to be nice. So the units are selling for more than $1,000 a foot, even the smaller ones? What’s the monthly fee on these units? And they are already mostly sold?</p>
<p>And what casino is the Trump building going to be closest to?</p>
<p>15 left to sell two of which are $5,000,000 each. It is behind the Frontier on Frontier land just north of Fashion Mall–by Nordstrom’s entrance. The new Wynn is across LVB from the Frontier and the Frontier will be redeveloped soon into a super deluxe resort casino.</p>

<p>Well, in the Top 50 you have to run just to keep up. I think just holding ground is more likely. This year’s stats will not even go into the ranking.</p>
