fall extension classes

<p>hello, I was wondering how you find out whether a certain course will count toward your major? I looked on the department website, but since I’m a fall extension freshman, many of the courses it advised on taking, aren’t available to me first semester. I’m having a hard time figuring out what courses I should take! as a possible english/poli sci double major, what would you recommend from the ones here: <a href=“http://www.unex.berkeley.edu/fpf/breadthcourses.html#engac[/url]”>http://www.unex.berkeley.edu/fpf/breadthcourses.html#engac&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

<p>I know political science 2 for sure. I’m hoping that maybe Classics 10A and
English 31AC possibly count toward an english major, especially the latter… but I couldn’t find it on the english department website. would anybody know? thanks in advance!</p>

<p>Based off of <a href=“http://english.berkeley.edu/undergraduate/major.html[/url]”>http://english.berkeley.edu/undergraduate/major.html&lt;/a&gt; it doesn’t look like English 31AC is going to help you much directly with an English major. BUT - it does satisfy the American Cultures requirement you need to graduate from Cal. Hope that helps.</p>
