Got in! Really relieved
check coalition!
I GOT IN
I got in, but didn’t get my major ):
YES I got in as well!!!
@2ndtimetrying I didn’t get into my major as well but it is because I need to complete a gateway class
Does anyone know where you can see your initial transfer credit evaluation?
Lmao.
After a careful review of your academic record, the Admission Committee has decided to postpone a decision on yourapplication until we receive your current semester grades. We feel it is necessary to evaluate these grades in order tofully assess your current academic strengths and abilities.
Rip
Nvm you can only see that 15 business days from now
I applied for CS but got Letters and Sciences instead. Does this mean I just have to complete the gateway requirements in order to transfer into CS?
You guys! I am so proud of us. I wish everyone in this forum the best of luck!
I GOT IN!!! Directly admitted to my major
How the heck is this gonna work?

“You will be notified of your decision by July 29,2020”
JULY 29TH? What the hell!
How are you guys receiving your decisions? I have checked my email and the coalition but haven’t got anything yet
Anyone else’s accounts saying UMD didn’t receive their FAFSA? I submitted mine to UMD months ago and just double checked and it says it was sent to them…
Why would they wait til July 29th to let us know our final decision? A month before the school even starts? That is absurdly late.
@yoelijah That is insane… Was UMD your first choice?
@umdtransfer it was the only school i applied to as a transfer. I am a freshman undergrad so i guess it makes sense for them to wait to see my semester grades… but JULY 29TH??? Im stressed at this lmao
@yoelijah @blueandorange123 that sucks! Email the admission team, cause that is completely annoying! Especially since you guys submitted before the priority deadline and it doesn’t take almost 3 months to make a decision.
@umdfall2020 should i just email directly to their admissions email?
