I’ve been worrying for a few weeks that I did the two incorrectly.

I filled out the FASFA and Profile, and I put down the schools I wanted to send it to for both. Do I need to do anything on the schools side or is that it?

What do you mean ‘do anything on the school’s side’? You need to visit the finaid web pages of the schools to see if they require additional doc to be sent and how and by when. Be alert for emails from schools concerning this and also concerning fafsa verification if you were selected. Have any schools given you access to an online portal? If so check there too for any finaid or other communication.
