When you fill out the FAFSA you put the codes of all your schools on it. The FAFSA is used to determine whether or not you qualify for a Pell Grant. If you file it, you can take the federal student loan, but it won’t make you eligible for more money unless you’re applying to colleges that offer aid to transfers. Make sure those schools are in your first 10 because you have to wait for it to process before you can add more schools. That can take several days.
Yea I just heard if you do it late aid will give more money to students that don’t need it
