I heard there Re scholships available for children of italain immigrants … Also my father did not attend college but my mother did but never finished due to s serious car accident …are there any scholships that fit this situation?
The best scholarships are Dorect,y from the colleges. Are you applying to colleges where you have sufficiently hig SAT or ACT scores, and GPA to be competitive for scholarships? Or are you hoping to get a scholarship solely based on your father’s background?
there might be some tiny scholarships for freshman year from some Italian groups (Sons of Italy?), but not likely ones that would help fund 4 years of college. Private groups just don’t have the funds or the need to fund big scholarships.
The best awards are from the colleges based on your stats. Those are usually for four years.
