<p>This Pepper Steak is pretty good…I usually do a double batch.
• 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 2 inch strips
• garlic powder to taste
• 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 cube beef bouillon
• 1/4 Cup hot water
• 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
• 1/2 Cup chopped onion
• 1 large green bell pepper, roughly chopped
• 14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes, with liquid
• 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 Teaspoon sugar
• 1 Teaspoons salt
Season beef with garlic powder and brown in skillet. Dissolve bouillon cube and corn starch in water. Throw everything into Crock Pot. Cook on low 3-4 hours or high 6-8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.</p>
