<p>Food trucks are another great part of what makes Penn PENN.</p>
<p>Hemo’s and Yue Kee are my favorites. The fruit truck on 37th & spruce is great too. They stuff your container so full of fruit that they need to use a rubber band to hold it the two halves together. (and free banana on top of that)</p>
<p>And I can’t forget the food cart with the $1 hot dogs outside DRL.</p>
<p>Two of Penn’s most beloved bricks & mortar dining establishments got their start as food carts. Greek Lady used to be a food truck under the 38th st bridge before it moved into the shops on 40th st, and The Pari Creperie (now anchoring Houston Hall) used to be but a food cart somewhere near Hutchinson Gym.</p>
