favorite keepsake or momento

hey,

i would really appreciate it if someone could give me an idea of what they wrote for their favorite keepsake or memento…thanks

You kinda have to answer that yourself. I mean who knows your keepsakes better than you…

Just write about something very dear to you (a souvenir or a gift that you will never part with). I do agree w/ jacquesier though. This must come from you. Good luck!! :)

thank you!

No problem!! My favorite memento is something… well different. I’m sure no one else will write about it. And to keep it that way, I’m not going to mention it. Try to write about something unique. If possible, make mention of it (and it’s importance to you) in your essays! I’m always glad to help. Good luck! :)

I put my pilot’s logboook

Very interesting!

Well, my boss/flight instructor/mentor was killed in a fire bomber crash in Utah, so yeah

Wow! Make sure to make mention of that in one of your essays somehow (however painful that may be)!! I’m sorry about that. I have to hand it to ya though, that is very unique!

Did, but I don’t want to lean on it. I’m sure lots of people have “tough times” essays

Yeah, but it’s good that you at least made some mention of it. You’re right though, don’t lean on it (unless you can write compellingly enough to seriously tell a genuine and inspiring story/testimonial)!
