If an application asks you for your favorite subjects and why, would it be better if they corresponded with the grades too? Or does it not matter?

For example, suppose my favorite subject was French. Would it hurt if my grade was low?

i don’t think so… I said something similar and it was fine. i guess it’s ok if youre able to back up why the grade isn’t as good a little- say something like “I like the challenge” if it’s true.

One thing I’ve learned throughout the entire application process is to be true to who you really are. If its French (or whatever) that floats your boats/really excites you, you shouldn’t lie about it even if its not your best mark. Schools look for passion - and passion is feeling very difficult to fake.
