Favorite tv show return premiere

I am a fan of several shows, and I must admit none of them were great. I guess my favorite was Numbers and Bones, but the rest all seemed like duds.

Watched Brothers and Sisters last night, and I could see it all coming down the pike. Turned to Bullet and said Kitty has cancer or is pregnant when she talked about the flu. Knew that there was going to be a car crash or near car crash the minute they were in the car.

Watched Desperate Housewives with DD and said Susan will try to make an amends and be slapped down. I was off she didn’t get slapped, but very close to it.

Watched NCIS and felt like I was killing an hour of my time.

At least Numbers, you have this lingering question of will Larry be leaving? Bones was funny because Booth is trying to find himself, and you wonder if they will get together this season.

The best return show is Bullets favorite Big Bang Theory. That was funny!

The Grey’s premiere was good. I agree about Housewives. The Terri Hatcher character drives me crazy. The worthwhile story line is going to be Felicity Huffman’s character and the new family. Brothers and Sisters was OK- agree that it was a little predictable and I’m wondering how Justin is going to get himself through med school.

Big Bang Theory!

My other favorites are all on HBO or Bravo.

Curb Your Enthusiasm. The entire Seinfeld cast will be on it this season.

Silly Wabbit…Drugs are for Justin

Hey for B &S fans, Ryan wasn’t on, is he gone now? Spoiler fix no longer has B & S

I love Bones, too! It was good, but I was expecting a little bit more with the big drama of Booth being in a coma at the end of last season. I also wonder when Booth and Brennan will get together. Hmmm . . .

Criminal Minds was good, but I thought they would focus more on the story about Hotch being attacked. I guess they’re weaving it in to their regular weekly case, as it is not yet resolved. I really teared up thinking about the sacrifice the team makes in solving these cases. (I know it’s a show, but I get involved with the characters. :))

I love House and have hope that maybe he will show a little bit of compassion for others once he leaves the hospital where he is receiving treatment. I’m eager to see what happens tonight.

The Mentalist is good, but the season premiere seemed weak. I hope it gets better.

I don’t watch much tv at all, but H and I are faithful watchers of House. Tonight’s episode was excellent. I’m looking forward to this season. It will be interesting to see what the writers are going to do.

Only series I watch is House. Has been really fine so far this season. I agree, tonight’s was excellent. Glad they’re keeping Andre Braugher on board (would love to see him join them in the hospital!)

Last night, I was pretty excited about the return of my favorite serial killer, Dexter, and was not disappointed with John Lithgow as the Trinity Killer. I had to turn away during the bathtub scene as it was too creepy. However, I could have done without seeing his ass.

Desperate Housewives was boring. The show has lost it’s edge when it has to have Lynette going through another (unplanned) pregnancy and that ridiculous wedding for Susan. Oh, an another “creepy new neighbors” scenario. Bring back Edie Britt!

Big Bang Theory was pretty funny as was Two and a Half Men.

I don’t watch much TV, but as you can tell I do like a little trash. As long as it’s good trash.

I am actually excited to see House next week. The thought that it is the original team is a good twist.

I have to admit as soon as they said he offered a 25K reward, you knew it was gouing to be house.

The chinese cooking partner was funny!

I also agree Mentalist was okay, I think it will become interesting since Jane is hacking into the cops database that took over the Red John case.

As you can tell my shows are basically mysteries (NCIS, House, Bones, Numbers and Mentalist)…B &S is my shut off your mind and be spoon fed with unrealistic lives. :p

Me too, Ghostfire - SO glad Dexter is back, but MY EYES!!! John Lithgow’s lily white old man hiney - could have done without that!!

I enjoyed the Castle last night.

I missed NUMB3RS’ premiere. Frankly, I felt like the series was getting a tad stale and I hadn’t worked very hard to see it most of last season.

Glad to hear the new season opener was good. Maybe I’ll look in on it again. I really loved it when it first debuted.

Also, I’m a serial Grey’s Anatomy fan and eagerly awaited the new season. I thought it was pretty good. It seemed to occasionally lose its way last season and I was pleased with the writing in this episode. I’ll definitely miss George though. I always liked his character.

I am a fan of House and I REALLY enjoy chatting with DD via Skype as we both watch the show. Last night we cross chatted the exact same sarcastic reaction to each other in response to a scene- a great moment. I like this season, Huge Laurie gets to show a little more range in acting and his rehab has opened up a lot of possibilities.

I actually think if the writing continues on this level they will be up for emmys and golden globe across the board next yr.

I love how he seems vulnerable and is doing everything not to turn back to drugs.
I hope they keep his therapist and we get a back story when he talks to him, like the check.
The dog urine was funny.

The Office and Dexter. Both highly anticipated and both were excellent.

I thought Grey’s Anatomy was really good.
