<p>The United States Department of Education has just published a study </p>

<p>“Deciding on Postsecondary Education: Final Report” with a lot of information about how students choose whether or not to go to college, and where to go to college. As one would expect, students from low-income families are much less familiar with available information sources and much more price-conscious than those from middle-income or high-income families.</p>
