<p>The electronic signature process isn’t working for me. In order to sign the promissory note for this loan, do I need to log in to ECSI.com? If so, where can I find the login information (school code and ECSI pin)? It’s supposedly on your billing statement, but I checked my bursar bill and it’s not on there. Thanks!</p>
