<p>CUHK participates in a student aid program administered by the U.S. Department of Education; thus, CUHK is an eligible educational institution for educational tax benefits.</p>

<p>Does anyone know the Federal Tax ID Number for CUHK so that my friend could claims the Lifetime Learning Credit?</p>
