<p>Either through collegeboard (ask your counselor) or have your counselor write an explanation and add it to the counselor rec.</p>

<p>But Yale online supplement asks to attach a document for consideration of a fee waiver. Does it have to be written in your counselor’s name or yours? Because, if written by your conselor, since it’s on your online application, it’s obvious you have had access to it and Word documents may be changed very easily.</p>
