<p>hi, so i was about to mail off all my college board college application fee waivers this morning, until i realized the top one was signed by my counselor and the rest were not.
the deadline for all the schools im applying to is tmrw…and i dont go back to school until january 12.
do schools penalize you if you turn in the fee waivers late? most of the schools im applying to are competitive 
like harvard brown u of chicago
what if i send them an email?
why didnt i mail in those fee waivers in earlier D:</p>
