Will seeing a 100 on my post cause me to in some way retaliate against DramaMama later? Does it create any new ill will between me and Drama Mama? No and no. A flag, for some members, might have that effect, though. One (positive reaction) is support, the other (a flag) is inherently a criticism. These two things have different effects.
