Feel Good movies, books, songs...

Hello parents, I’m looking for ways to help my college daughter who is afflicted with stinkin’ thinkin’. What movies, books, songs (hoping to make a playlist), activities, habits, etc. brighten up your days? All suggestions are very much appreciated. Thanks.

I really like the movie Pollyanna. It’s about a young orphaned girl whose ever cheerful nature helps brighten the lives of the people around her. It was based on a book by Eleanore Porter, and there are two movie versions (1960 & 2003).

Thanks for reminding me about Pollyanna ThereseR. We did watch the 60’s version many years ago, but after watching the '03 version just now, I think that it should be a viewing staple in our home. I passed along the link and am hopeful that it will cheer her up. Thanks.

Good Life by One Republic

I love the song. My interpretation of the song is that sometimes things don’t work out as you plan but at the end of the day, it’s your choice to focus on being happy and live a good life.
