In my speech class the last 2 quizzes and my speech I got a 100% my parents were really proud of me and I was proud of myself to! Tonight on my 3rd quiz I got a 80% I know that is still good but I feel like I did bad. Is a 80 a A or a B? and how do I not get disappointed if I don’t get a 100?
Be happy that you got three 100s. A’s aren’t always going to happen. You still have plenty of time in the semester to bring your grade up, but I would assume that you still have an A even with this one B/B-.
When you get to college, people will often tell you that you have to adjust to a tougher scale of grading- As will not always be attainable.
Firstly, you are now in college. You will find it diffcult to always get A grades. You seem to be doing well.
Is this a speech class for credit? And you are writing and giving speeches? I have to say, you could do with some brushing up of basic grammar, which isn’t helping your grade. Please punctuate. Use “an” for words beginning with vowels. Its “too”, not “to.” There are other errors, but I hope you see my point.
