-Due to certain circumstances, (moving schools each year, having to act as the main matriarchal source for my brothers while my step-mom served 9 consecutive tours of duty in Iraq) I was not able to participate/commit to as many EC activities as I would have liked to. However I intend to make up for it in college.

<p>Though I know that I have to get in somewhere, I’m unsure if my stats are “solid” enough to get me into my reach schools. I have not written my essay yet so pointers would be helpful. I also have 4 teacher-written recommendation letters (which I think may be a bit much). Your input will be appreciated!!!
