<p>I am looking for female renters for my apartment at 940 Tiverton “Tiverton Court.” Tiverton is at the corner of Le Conte Ave., across from Ralph’s. Tiveton Court has a reputation of being quite studious and quiet, so I am looking for people who have the same mentality. Trust me though, it is a very nice apartment.</p>
<p>I am currently looking for anyone that needs an apartment for next year. I am currently waiting to hear back from my RA offer, so I’m not exactly sure if I will be living there for sure, so please contact me if you need housing. In the other room are going to be two quiet guys who will most likely keep to themselves if you want them to.</p>

-Lease is for one year starting July 31st, 2008 (Don’t worry about finding subletters for this coming summer)
-2 Bedroom / 2 Bath
-Approximately 1000 square feet
-Relatively large rooms
-Large living room and kitchen
-Close to south campus
-2 people per room
-Parking may be available, may be extra
-Parking is not stacked
-It is 1500 per room, meaning each person pays 750 rent each month
-Water is included in rent, but utilities is not</p>
