<p>It wasn’t my field, but, if you browse Wesmaps, the online course catalogue, the courses, taken individually, are no different than what you might find in a sociology, or psychology department with a dose of humanities and theater. So, if you like all four disciplines it’s a great way to get them all under one tent.</p>
<p>As to what you might do with the degree, i suppose it’s the same dilemma any English major, molecular biology major or Classics major might share, whether to go on to graduate school or take their chances finding a gopher job (“go fer this, go fer that”) in a big city with lots of arts and cultural institutions. A good sit-down with the folks at career resources will often clear the air.</p>
