I want to go into business. I understand you dont go into the B-school until junior year. What are the requirement courses and will I have enough time to complete them in 1 year?

Thanks for the help!

Any reason you’re transferring out of Emory (a good business school) to Michigan (a great business school), other than what I just said? LOL.

First of all, you can enter the b-school any year. They have different programs depending on when you enter. Usually they just require very basic calculus and economics courses. Sophomores are about half on-campus and half off-campus, so you can live just about anywhere as a soph.

chibearsfan is right if you are applying to the 3-year program (coming in as sophomore).

However, if you are applying to the 2-year program (coming in as junior), you should have at least one accounting course (Financial Accounting), preferrably both (+Managerial Accounting).

Suggest you check out the details on the BBA Admissions FAQ site (<a href=“Which MBA Format is Right for Me? | Michigan Ross)%5B/url%5D”>Which MBA Format is Right for Me? | Michigan Ross). You will find most of your answers there. Good luck.
