fiat lux requires at least 14 units?

i’m an incoming freshmen who is enrolled in 12 units worth of classes. i’m thinking of adding a fiat lux seminar, but ursa spits out the error:

“This is a course with mandatory Pass/Not Pass grading and you must have at least 14 units on your study list to enroll.”

is this a real requirement, or is ursa just messing with me? the requirement isn’t on the classes’ info page either. should i just override the error and add the class anyway?

That’s weird. I only had 13 units in 08W, with one of them being a fiat lux, and never got any such message.

Chem 14B - 4 units
14BL - 3 units
Hist 1A - 5 units
Fiat lux - 1 unit.

Grand total: 13 units. It turned out to be my worst quarter anyway

Anyway, sorry for the tangent. Go ahead and add the class.

I’m taking 13 units this quarter w/ a fiat lux as one of them.
