<p>I am filling Financial Aid form. The question is “What is your present value of owned property other than your home?” I do not have a job. But I have some properties to rent. The properties have mortgage too. The rental income I used for my daily living. If I sell my properties, I will have no income to support my family.
What should I fill this question?</p>
<p>You should fill in the present net value of the properties. Value less mortgage.</p>
