Filling immunization records "twice"?!

<p>Hi everyone,</p>

<p>I’m an international student (non AHC) and I’m trying to get the Immunization records thing done with my application. </p>

<p>I’m trying to fill the online application, which is accessed through this link: <a href=“https://s.zoomerang.com/s/my_immunizations”>https://s.zoomerang.com/s/my_immunizations&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

<p>However, I filled it a week ago, but I am very afraid (and almost 90% certain) that I entered a wrong date for one of my shots, so I went back and click on the link to complete the form again. My problem is that I’m scared that the health center/university will look that there are two forms submitted with two different dates on. Is there any way for me to access the original one and edit/delete it? I just can’t seem to find the online form I previously submitted!</p>

<p>Just e-mail them saying that you put down the date wrong and you need to correct it. </p>
